All personal data entered through this website will be processed confidentially, exclusively for the following purposes:
- In our contact form: To respond to your enquiries or any type of request made through any of the contact methods made available to you on the website, with the consent of the data subject.

- In the “Work With Us” section: To take part in personnel selection processes and analyse your profile as a job applicant, in order to select a candidate for a vacant position, with the consent of the data subject.
- To manage the commercial relationship: To handle the relevant information provided through the website, with the aim of initiating an investigation and detecting possible offences and preventing the imposition of any type of liability, as well as to prevent any conduct contrary to external and internal regulations affecting the entity, with the fulfilment of a legal obligation.
- In the “Access and Registration” form: To manage the user account in order to provide personalised access to the customer area of Gerimport and enjoy the services it offers, with the consent of the data subject.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Your data will be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing, or while there are legal obligations requiring its retention. When it is no longer necessary for this purpose, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee the anonymisation or total destruction of the data.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No personal data is expected to be disclosed to third parties, except where necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy legislation.
What are your rights?
The data subject has the following rights:

Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to deal with their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to GERIMPORT is truthful and undertakes to notify any changes to it.
GERIMPORT informs you that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully adapted to your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, GERIMPORT complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
GERIMPORT guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
